Outstanding service. I had a heating and cooling upgrade done in three hours. Floyd worked on keeping costs affordable. Eric and Jacob arrived on time and went to work, keeping me informed as they went. I've already put the word out to friends and neighbors!

Excellent customer service! Big thanks to Floyd and his team for replacing two wall heaters in our house right before the holiday. Eric, Alex and team showed up right away and got to work. They were on time, tidy, really friendly and knowledgeable. They all went the extra mile to make sure we had a warm Thanksgiving. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. We had a new split system in our 2 story home installed by FRA Muniz. Gustavo and Eric were very professional, timely and friendly. Work was completed without any issues. We also used FRA Muniz for a plumbing issue we had (tub not draining and Drano didn't help), and met Joe. He was great and resolved the issue promptly!

I would recommend FRA Mechanical for all o your heating and cooling needs, and would give them 10 stars, if I could. I have used FRA Mechanical in the past for my heater so I called for an estimate on a new A/C unit, Frank is very polite and professional, he gave me a quote immediately, which beat out the other two. The workers were also very helpful and coordinated the install with my new roof. It is a great unit and I cannot wait for summer now. Sincerely, Geraldine U
